Locate the metal belt buckle prong at the back of the buckle and, as you gradually release the pressure, insert it into the appropriate belt hole that allows for maximum comfort around your waist. The belt is sized so that your waist measurement coincides most closely with the middle hole in the belt. You can test the comfort level by briefly inserting the prong into the hole just before and then just after the one you tried first, to confirm the optimum adjustment choice for both comfort and the position at which you prefer to wear your belt. And then, Voila! Stand up straight! You are now wearing your own belt buckle belt!
