please help.i m in big problem. how can i get rid of windows genuine Microsoft software notifications. it don’t allows me to keep a wallpaper. and it makes it a black screen.
1.Restart your computer in safe mode
2.delete wgatray.exe from c:windowssystem32
3.lunch regedit
4.browse to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMICROSOFT
WINDOWS NTCURRENTVERSIONWINLOGONOTIFY
5.delete the folder “wgalogon” and all content
6.reboot
