How should i do my hair and make up for my summer ball?

I have fair skin and long wavy light brown hair, the dress i’ve picked out is a light cream colour and i’m teaming it with black patent peep toes and a black patent clutch… was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how i should do my hair (up or down) and make up…. also was thinking about black nail varnish…

I am a professional with a very classy style and i wear black nail polish all the time
There is nothing wrong with it. My non punk nature makes up for it
As far as hair – I would not do an up do – simply because you are going to be dancing and you do not want pieces falling out.
I am not sure how heavy your hair is.
Make up – pink lips, light brown shimmery eyeshadow and lots of lashes
DO NOT MATCH YOUR EYESHADOW TO YOUR DRESS
IT WILL WASH YOU OUT!
Since it is summer – sparkle dust of any kind on your hair or skin would be a beautiful accessory.
