Can you soak a pair of leather gloves in a substance or blood and they shrink?
No, No, No, I am not going to commit a crime here, I just had a friend ask me this and I knew where it was going. He isn’t going to do anything either.
Think about it. If leather gloves were soaked in human blood or any substance long enough could this cause them to shrink to the point to where they no longer fit you?

leather will shring if it gets wet and then dries. Thats why if your leather shoes get wet, you stuff the toes with newspaper and dry them very slowly.
Blood is effectively water for this purpose . A nice tight pair of gloves doesnt have to shrink much before they wont fit .
