Numbness on left hand shoulder blade?
Last night I had an itch on my left shoulder blade, so my partner itched it for me. However after he did my shoulder was tingling and numb. There is a small freckle in that area and now the area around on my left shoulder blade is numb compared to the rest of the skin. Have I just irritated this area ?
Pinched nerve. Don’t worry so much. It will be ok with time. You might have laid on it wrong and it pinched the nerve. Alternate heat and ice pack. You will be fine
