Leather glove got wet… now one is wrinkled and the other isn’t. Help!?
Blueberry yogurt spilled on one of my new beautiful black leather gloves. Stupidly, I washed it with water, and now that one is all wrinkled and the other is straight and nice. What should I do?
Wet it again and stuff the inside with newspaper to make certain that the shape doesn’t change and the wrinkles (which are caused by shrinking) don’t show up… Keep the paper inside until the glove is completely dry. You can do the same thing with most leather (boots, jackets, pants, etc.)
Mink oil on your gloves is not a good idea if you drive. You’ll find the gloves very slippery…
