Please tell me the strong point between RGB color Model and HSV Color model?

RGB is hardware dependent, it is the scheme to define standard colors using electronic technician math. HSV, and the related HSL take the view of the definition of color being a hue and the hue varies from all the way to dark to all the way to light for every color we humans see. A conceptual model looks like a toy top with the brightest and most vivid colors along the equator of that toy top. HSL is more intuitive for humans to vector in to the exact color they want, eg, they pick a basic hue and tweak the darkness or lightness of their choice.
Either color model can be respresented with a triplet of values, with the finer grains of selection using the decimal numbers between 0.0 and 1.0 for each of the triplet values, eg (0.0,0.9,0.5); We usually see RGB notated as hex (FF1051) or three ranges of 0-255 (0,255,124)
