What should I do with Oxygen I Never Used?
I have had several large canisters of oxygen for my son but we never used them (his health improved quickly). This was two years ago, and I don’t know what I should do with them. Can I donate them to someone who may need it or should I have a professional come and take them away?
Depending on your location … in the US the Department of Transportation forbids transport of oxygen cylinders for transfer away from the origin of delivery (only by a DOT approved vendor) …. it is a different story in regards to transport while in use …. I suspect you need to contact the company that provided them for you … I am surprised that they haven’t kept up with your use …..
