Green Tea
Green tea is unfermented tea. Throughout China, Japan and North Africa. green tea is prized for its refreshing aroma and health giving properties. Its rich, dark olive green colour is retained after picking because the leaves are dried immediately in large iron pans to prevent the tea from turning brown. Make with water off the boil and infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Green Tea with Jasmine – This green China tea is produced in the time honoured way. After plucking, freshly picked jasmine flowers are added to the tea and left overnight to infuse. In the morning the jasmine flowers are removed, but the lovely fragrance of jasmine remains on the tea.
