How long to cook red potatoes in the slow cooker?
I’m making ribs and red potatoes, should I cook the potatoes separate or in the slow cooker? I will cut the taters in half, how long should they go in the crock pot? Thanks.
Personally, I would roast the potatoes. They won’t have much flavor from the slow cooker, kind of like boiling potatoes. Here is the link to my recipe for Roasted Red Potatoes w/rosemary. It is really good.
