I am so scared…I didn’t see a fetus just a sac

I am about 5 weeks maybe 4. My LMP was 3-30-09.
I had an ultrasound today just to make sure my dates were right. My doctor said all she seen was a gestational sac. It just look like a lil bag of water.
I have to get blood drawn for three days to see if my hcg levels are coming up. She said it could just be too early. I have to go in on friday for another ultrasound. I am freaking out. I have three kids and all were fine. I have no bleeding or pain just the usual queasy,tired,moody & headaches.
Has anyone had this happen before and how did it turn out?
Do you think it’s to early?

i had ultrasound at 5 weeks and didnt even see a pic cause nurse said it really early and u cant see anything then i had another one at 6w2d and baby was like a bean i was bleeding so they did another one 10 days later and baby had arms and legs. so it is possible it was too early. the first few weeks baby grow so fast that it is unbelivable, dont worry friday u will see little bean on ultrasound. good luck;)
