What’s the best short haircut for long wavy hair?

I hate my messy wavy hair. I want to keep it short and easy to maintain.
Any ideas on short haircuts that go well with thick wavy hair?

Wow, my hair was the exact same way when I cut it. I had cut my hard to about shoulder length, my hair looked like this angle < right-side up. So if that's what your going for, it's still easy to maintain though.
