Can I convert a timing belt into a timing chain?

My gf is getting a 94 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo and from what I know about them, the timing belt is a ticking time bomb for the engine. Is it possible to change the belt to a chain?

you cant do it on that car,no kits available that i know of for that one,there’s nothing wrong with timing belts as long as you change them when their needed,good luck.
