What does Microcytic red blood cells and high copper mean?

I’ve been dealing with this problem for quite a few months and I keep feelling sicker and sicker as the time goes by. My pediatricion is talking with a doctor at a childrens hospital in PA and it’s really not working. I really want to know what small red blood cells and high copper means and what are the effects of it. I’m hoping someone will be able to help me.
