i lost my wallet that had my social security card and id. what options do i have?

so i lost my wallet and need to get s.s. card and photo id back. i live in texas and now all i have is my birth certificate. i went to dps station to get id but i cant because i dont have s.s card. i went to get my s.s. card but couldnt because of no picture id. what options do i have to try getting a photo id if i dont have any other documents.

do you have a passport? cuz if so… then you can mail the ss card people your passport and they will send you a new ss card. just go online to the ss card website and print off the form.
