im a model. i have at least 4 inches i want to lose. i do not care how uncomfortable, expensive or unhealthy. im desperate.

Corsets will only permenantly do that if you wear them for YEARS.
If you’re willing to go through pain, why not just exercise? That way you don’t have to worry about the corset. That’s a lot cheaper than buying one.
Just go outside and start running.
