Does anyone know how to convert a hand knit pattern to a machine knitting pattern?

I have a standard and a bulky and would like to try some patterns for hand knitting but do not know how to convert these patterns.

You’d probably have to use the bulky machine for hand knitting yarns and determine their gauge on the machine, then to pattern and work the stitches on the machine from the stitches/gauge of the pattern. Then you’d really follow the hand knitting pattern for shaping and increasing.
