Extension People: Can You Pre-tip (I tip) weft extensions? Or do you HAVE to buy them?
You can buy the hair and a kit and tip them yourself…but really I would just buy them, your not saving a whole lot doing it yourself.
And you can not make them from a weft, you would use bulk.
